Mallory began her legal career in private practice in Lee County, Alabama, working in the area of domestic relations and juvenile law. Mallory has served as an appointed Guardian ad Litem in numerous cases and continues to serve as appointed appellate counsel for various juvenile appeals in Lee County. Mallory is admitted to practice in federal court in the Middle District of Alabama and was appointed by the United States Bankruptcy Administrator for the Middle District of Alabama to serve as a Chapter 7 panel trustee for the Middle District. Mallory has experience handling Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases on behalf of debtors and continues to serve as a Chapter 7 panel trustee.
