Al Agricola Re-Appointed to the Alabama Supreme Courts’ Standing Committee on the Alabama Rules of Appellate Procedure

On December 9, 2022, the Alabama Supreme Court re-appointed Al Agricola to its Standing Committee on the Alabama Rules of Appellate Procedure. The Standing Committee is charged with making recommendations to the Court for modifications to existing appellate rules or for new rules as necessary. This will be Mr. Agricola’s third three-year term on the Court’s Standing Committee on the appellate rules. In recognition of Mr. Agricola’s valuable experience on the Committee and institutional knowledge of its operation, his appointment is to an emeritus position on the Committee. The Court expressed its sincere thanks for Mr. Agricola’s years of service on the Committee and deepest gratitude for his continuing participation on the Committee. We are proud to announce Mr. Agricola’s re-appointment and congratulate him on the Court’s recognition of his honorable service to the Court and to the people of Alabama.
